Hurricane Matthew – Delays

 As many of you are aware, Hurricane Matthew is now predicted to impact states located on the East Coast of the United States. Currently a State of Emergency

has been issued for South Carolina and Florida, along with several other counties in Georgia. MIS is working diligently to provide updates in each state, as well as,

identifying which counties will be directly affected by the Hurricane.


South Carolina has issued an evacuation of the following counties. Please expect delays in these counties regarding results and DOB verifications:

Aiken, Allendale, Bamberg, Barnwell, Beaufort, Berkeley, Calhoun, Charleston, Clarendon, Colleton, Darlington, Dillon, Dorchester, Florence, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Jasper, Lee, Lexington, Marion, Marlboro, Orangeburg, Richland, Sumter, and Williamsburg.


Florida has issued a state of emergency for all 67 counties. Hurricane Matthew is expected to hit Florida on Thursday or Friday. Delays on orders may follow due to inaccessible roads, flooding, and damaging winds.


Georgia has issued a state of emergency until Wednesday, 10/12/16, in the following counties. Please expect minor delays out of these counties during this time:

Bullock, Chatham, Effingham, and Evans.
